There is encorochment on plot adjscent to plot 12/13 of sector 12D on a plot which was earmarked form approach road for sector 12D in CIDCO Plan. The chawls were built on existing pipelines of NMMC supplying water to entire sector 12D of kopar khairane. Municipal Authorities in the area are not listening to resident complaints made from time to time.

Sub: Reply to your Letter of demolition dated 20/02/2010 served to me on 22/02/2010.
Dear Sir,
I appreciate the initiative taken by your good self in removing the so called encroachment on the public land by the defaulters in Navi Mumbai. In my case I somehow fail to understand, How covering of my own terrace (bought from the builder after due payment) with a plastic sheet by considered as an encroachment on public land? I have done this to prevent the rain water from falling on my terrace.
In the meanwhile I personally feel that all the Laws, Rules & Acts are for the betterment of the mankind and it also keeps a check on the defaulters, Sir, but here too there is a extended truth of the Law known as Accepted Norms Of The Society, for eg: covering of ones open terrace as temporary shed. I surveyed my locality in Ghansoli and around entire Navi Mumbai from Panvel to Diva to find that all most all the societies have done the same thing. I have a proof of Photos to prove my words.
However if this is framed as an encroachment in the frame work of law, then I assure you that I will remove the temporary shed within the time frame given by your good self.
Here I would like to ask a reply from you whether you would initiate the same action as you have initiated against me or you have acted upon a complaint filed against me due to personal vengeance by someone?. I would like to ask you further how you had kept quiet for these many years when the encroachment if visible to every naked eye? Here I do not request you to initiate the same action against every society but clear my doubts with a reply for the above question.
Hope you would reply. Anxiously awaiting a reply from you end at the earliest. Please acknowledge a copy of this letter as a token of acceptance.

2) Covering of the open Terrace has become an Accepted norm in the society, will you be
able to break all the temporary shed of entire Navi Mumbai? Or would you stop after our
breaking ours?.

There is encorochment on plot opp MSEB substation in Sector 19A Nerul. The contractor who was working in MSEB had constructed huts in this plot. It is months that work has completed but these huts are not removed.

main road of sector-20, CBD BELAPUR.From total car mall, some time back one chinese eatery was opened.slowly that eatery is encroaching the footpath with temporay shed,in future the place will be taken over by the shop.pls take care to avoid future problem.JOGGING TRACK FOR SECTOR-20 RESIDENTS WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL AT THE TIME OF INAUGRATION,MAY I REQUEST TO CONCERNED AUTHORITY TO CHECK IT NOW? IT BECOMES OPEN TOILET & MASTI PLACE FOR TRUCK & TRAILORS DRIVER.AMBUJA CEMENT'S MIXTURE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS PARKED THER.PLS HAVE A LOOK.

The NRI Complex is perhaps the most prestigeous housing complex in Navi Mumbai. The phase II residents are violating FSI rules by constructing additional floor space by creating Balconies & encroaching into ducts and also the common spaces by opening doors directly into these areas!.

regarding illegal construction at Tapasya CHSL. sec. 10 Airoli G ward officer Airoli informed me that they are going to demolish the said illegal construction on sept.9.Detailed report on the issue was published in Hindustan Times on 06/09/09.But till today nothing is done by NMMC in the direction.whereas ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION is continued till today under the roof of G Ward Officer.
