Hello sir, pls remove dindoshi depot. stop from 123 Bus route while going boriwali to CBD, it wastes a lot of time of people.

Presently the NMMT bus service is DETERIORATING. 1stly the BUS DRIVERS do not follow traffic rules. I have caught one Driver when is passed the Vashi signal (just after Vashi Depot). The driver said it was SUNDAY. Does this is what NMMC bus service replicates? The Bus driver don't show Signal if they are taking the Right or Left turn we following them had to Guess where the Driver want's to go. Please do the needful. As the quality of NMMC bus service is suffering & we as resident want to improve them & not diminish.

Respected Sir,
We are residents of Kausa/Mumbra in Thane District.
As mumbra has the largest population in thane district, so there are as many as students,officers,workers etc. are going to their respective jobs.
As NaviMumbai is growing IT hub & increasing colleges.So, only means of travelling is by train through Mumbra-Thane then Thane-Sanpada then Sanpada-Kharghar.
Sir,Changing 3 trains every day is quite tedious specially during peak hours risking their life.This causes us to travel daily 5 hrs which is challenging that causing us lots of trouble.
Sir,we kindly request you to please start new buses from Mumbra to Kharghar as it is the utmost we all in need.
Sir,kindly do a needful.

The NMMT buses are not maintained properly and off late new buses are being added to the fleet and hope NMMT learns on bus maintenance from BEST
|

Pls increase the frequency of Bus no. 123, it's in 30-40 miniute in eveing time.. it showuld be 15 minutes, have to wait for 30-45 minitues some day. pls i will be greatful towards you.

Dear Sir,
This is with refrence to the Bus Service from New Panvel to Thane Route No.24, Drive and the conductor of the bus are so rude with the passanger as if they are doing a great favour by plying the bus in this route, sencondy bus are never on time and most of the time route is changed to Asudgoan, every morning passager wait for the bus for hour and then take auto or other mode of trasportation to go there respective destination, please look in to the matter and help the passangers.

Dear Sir, on 21/4/10 Bus no.11, timing 8.20am from thane.Driver was driving too carelessly.He suddenly stop the bus, i and many passengers just fallen down in bus.one pasenger got hurt on his head and start bleeding also.that conductor was not ready to take him to hospital.conductors batch no. was 9810 and bus number is MH04 G-1900. Plz take some proper action on this serious matter. so that in future nobody will get hurt.pl take some actions and plz give me some feedback.
