There is no on-line grievance facility on NMMC web site. Citizen have lot of grievances to repoert against NMMC. It seems, NMMC does not want to face the music ! It is high time,NMMC commissioner to look into this and enable citizen to post their grievances on line, like other departments ( MTNL, Banks, LIC... etc )

The online property tax payment facility in this website is not working for a long time. Please make the system functional. This would help NMMC tax collect on time and reduce hassles for the ordinary citizen.

Please maintain the Website system and facilities planned to introduced properly. Definitly a lot of home work is required to feed the data and maintain it.But I am sure NMMC can do it.The problem of the Server problem/the system faulty/not acceble is to be resolved. When I can access the Grievance page? Is there any specific day and time alloted? If so specify it in the home page or connected pages. The complaints can be avoided.

In the original planning, a garden cum joggers park etc was to come up at the vacant plot just behind Orient College of Commerce in Sector 12 Vashi. A fence is being put up now at this plot. Whether it is being done for the development of the Garden or has the land been gifted to the Oriental College.

Dear Sir,
I don't think we are leaving in the 21st century city as claimed by NMMC. Sewerage network , road condition and garden condition in sector 8 , Airoli is miserable and I could see no action is being taken on this for last couple of months.
Can anybody look inti it?
The IT dept of NMMC is so clever that the POP up window for grivences is not active for last many months.
Pls. behave like 21st century city as claimed by NMMC.
Pls. let us make proud to be the citizen of 21st century.

Every body does not have an access to computer or computer savvy. There should be a hot line number ( eg. Bank services), a reference number can be given which one can follow on computer also. An ethical private organisation can be used for this service ( if NMMC sincerely wants to do it.)

SINCE NMMC IS NOT INTERESTED IN e-GOVERNANCE, there is no meaning to the scope of computerisation. PLEASE CLOSE THE SITE AND DO NOT WASTE PUBLIC MONEY.
